With 1,33 density index, it is the splendid result of a long period of ageing in oak barrel, where the essence of wood creates a delicious product. At the sight it is dense, of a brown bright colour with complex scent, deep and pleasant aroma of fruity and wooden hints, and harmonius, round, balanced yet persistent taste. Suitable for salads, grilled meat and vegetables. Excellent for decorating dishes as a final seasoning.
