ORGANIC APPLE DRESSING BALSAMIC VINEGAR OF MODENA P.G.I.

It is a dense and scented dressing that transmits the essence of the flavour of the apple with low velvety and round acidity. With 1,33 density index at the sight is dense of cherry red colour, it has an engaging, sweet and very pleasant fragrance, a full, robust and round taste with a light degree of acidity that gives lightness.
