Integral extra virgin olive oil comes from olives harvested a little in advance, thus obtaining a slightly more bitter, unfiltered, cold extracted taste, selected to maintain intact the flavour of a freshly pressed olive oil, as well as its richness, such as vitamins and polyphenols, natural antioxidants normally found in olive oil.
It is a medium-light fruity olive oil of yellow colour with intense green reflections. Intense notes of green tomato, light thistle and grass can be perceived by smell. The taste is not persistent with its bitter and spicy taste.
Our extra virgin olive oil is produced by cold extraction, which allows to preserve its full flavour, natural colour and nutritional value.
Its consistency envelopes dishes, seasoning them at their best. It is an extraordinary rendezvous between taste and wellness.
Excellent with white meat, vegetables, salads, “caprese”, vegetable sauces, bruschettas and fish dishes.
