It is a lightly fruity extra virgin olive oil, golden yellow in colour, with olive green reflections. The aroma of the cultivar can be perceived, by smell, with herbaceous and floral scents. When tasting the olive oil, you can perceive a delicate fruity flavour with a hint of fresh almond, tomato and apple.
Our extra virgin olive oil is produced by cold extraction, which allows to preserve its full flavour, natural colour and nutritional value.
