Organic White dressing Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.G.I.

It is a white dense dressing that is a combination of grape must and trebbiano grape vinegar. Ageing in oak barrels gives it a more harmonius and well balanced structure. Its low acidity renders it delicate and non aggressive, with hints of intensity and brillance that make it perfect for a wide range of uses. With 1,22 density index at the sight it is of a straw, bright and clear yellow colour, an intense scent, pleasant and clean aroma, a decisive taste but non aggressive flavor that ends with a light, pleasant sweet note. Suitable for salads, grilled vegetables, vinaigrette and fish.

Excellent for decorating and garnishing dishes and for seasoning after preparation.
